What Does Database Management Entail?
The standard data in the Management Database would provide the following and will adhere to client requirements:
- Personal Information: Name, initials, surname, ID, address, extracurricular, organizational, and recreational activities.
- Work Information: Company number, job description, work area, shift, HEG, and noise exposure.
- PPE Information: Type of PPE, maintenance, replacement requirements, medical surveillance data, and audiograms.
- Behavioral-Based Information: Weighted in a statistical module to assess attitudes toward conservation efforts and related observations.
- Risk Rating: Help to identify tipping points like the loyalty and aptitude to the HCP, to assess the potential for non-adherence to the HCP, to help focus supervision and to support control of loss and breakage.
